A flexible plan, with the list beside it
Start on any date and write one meal or note for each of seven days. The printable sheet groups meals by actual date, then includes your shopping list with usable checkboxes and space for additions.
This tool uses your words. It does not fetch recipes, calculate nutrition, recommend diets or turn recipe names into quantities. Keep quantities and units in shopping item labels. The original sample meals are general writing prompts.
Inputs are temporary in this tab. Download the worksheet before leaving. For a list you can reset and reuse, open Checklists in the household planner.
No input is uploaded. This helper does not save inputs between visits.
