Build a week with breathing room.
A useful weekly plan is a few reliable anchors, not a full timetable. Begin with jobs that keep returning: preparing bags, sharing laundry or resetting the kitchen.
An original example week
On Monday and Thursday, Person 1 gathers laundry. Person 2 prepares the next day’s bag on school nights. On Sunday, Anyone checks the coming week. Move or remove anything that does not fit.
What a checkmark means
Completion belongs to a task on one calendar date. Monday’s finished job stays finished when you look back. Next Monday begins unchecked. A manual reset only clears checks in the displayed week.
Keep a useful week
Save a named template or copy the displayed tasks to a future week. Review matches before adding fresh, unchecked dated tasks. Original routines stay in place. Calendar export also makes a free .ics file for an explicitly chosen date range; it does not create live sync or reminders.
Keep the plan visible
Filter by member to review assignments. Printing includes the whole week and all members, regardless of the on-screen filter. Use Print / PDF for paper or Download printable for a file you can reopen.
